Inspired by my younger sister who couldn’t have dairy, I began making plant-based ice cream in 2014. I founded Kate’s with one goal in mind: ice cream for everyone. We aim to provide access to plant-based and gluten-free desserts to all. At Kate’s we value making great ice cream by working with local makers and farmers. Kate’s Ice Cream is made using organic coconut milk and is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. We focus on collaborations with local, woman, and minority owned businesses and use fresh seasonal produce from Pacific Northwest farms – all with the goal of making the absolute best ice cream.
